I count 93 graduates. My guess is 80 of them come from Mainland China, Hong Kong, or Taiwan. A few Koreans might’ve snuck through my tally, but I doubt it. There’s also no telling how many are Chinese-American, Taiwanese-Canadian, etc.
Specialized programs’ rising international student numbers are typically documented by official reports and journalists. Both do a fine job. But to see such a blunt portrayal in a graduation pamphlet is wild…and a nice change of pace.
