Which city averaged the highest SEE score? Did boys average higher scores than girls? What was the overall average score across all Chinese applicants?

After almost 8 months of interviewing across 16 cities in Asia, our 2013-2014 interview season delivered fascinating insights into the current state of applicants’ spoken English abilities. We’ve enjoyed hearing about the various ways in which our Partner Institutions are using our Spoken English Evaluation (SEE). Especially given the Ministry of Education’s recent decisions about English’s role in the GaoKao test, it’s certainly an exciting time for language assessment in China.
