Overview: ​Conduct English language interviews with university applicants

Salary:​ 20 USD/130 RMB per hour. Interviewers generally scheduled in 4-hour blocks

Location: ​Remote position or in-person if you live in Beijing/Shanghai/Shenzhen

Duration: ​Immediate to August 31, 2020, with potential for extension

Flexible Schedule

Have a schedule that doesn’t force you to be in an office every weekday from 9 to 5; you’ll have the time to write a novel, build a website, or review your flashcards.

Essential Qualifications:

  • English speakers with a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – warm and friendly
  • Are organized, responsible, and ability to work independently
  • Able to communicate professionally and effectively with Vericant clients and staff
  • Able to take initiative and adapt quickly in unexpected situations
  • Availability to interview students during China’s day/evening time (8 am – 11 pm China standard time). Preference for applicants who are available weekends and evenings (China time) as these are our peak interview times

 Desired Qualifications

  •  Experience working with Zoom and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work at least 6 or more 4-hour blocks per week
  • Past experience conducting admissions interviews
